For many years my life looked full on the outside.

Family ✓, Career ✓, I was doing everything I could to hold life together through its natural ups and downs. But internally, I felt somewhat of a void.

That feeling intensified along with numbness after the loss of my mother in 2018. She was my best friend. Grief has a way of bringing up questions we don’t know how to answer. It can change how we see the world, how we move through our days, and even how we understand ourselves. Things that once felt simple can begin to feel especially heavy and/or uncertain. Somehow, within the fragile spaces of grief, a deep longing for healing, connection, understanding, and peace rose up…and I couldn’t shake it off.  

I searched everywhere for answers. I immersed myself in personal development, mindfulness programs, meditation retreats, coaching training, and countless self help books. I was doing everything I could to fix myself.

But eventually I realized something important.

Everything I was doing centered around myself. 

My healing. My answers. My effort to figure life out. "What else can I do?" 

And that focus was actually keeping me buried in my grief. I became exhausted. 

In hindsight, the turning point came when I crashed. I came to a full stop. I stopped trying to carry and do life only on my terms. I eventually, honestly surrendered to God.

Through Scripture, stillness, reflection, and becoming aware of my thoughts and emotions (of course this did not happen overnight), God began renewing my mind and opening my heart in ways I had never experienced before.

And I began to see something clearly:

When we stop trying to play the role of God and allow Him to lead, our lives begin to realign from the inside out.
That shift changed everything for me, and it continues to deepen as God leads me through each new season within life.

Through many conversations, I realized how many of us are standing in the space between where we are and where we feel called to be, often navigating doubt or overwhelm. Through God’s grace, Energy360 Coaching was born to serve as a bridge of support while encouraging the move toward clarity, alignment, and purpose.

In summary,

God took me from existing… to truly living.
