Energy360 Coaching is a faith-centered life coaching experience for women who are simply tired: tired of striving, disconnected from their purpose, and longing to feel whole again. This coaching program helps women reconnect their mind/heart, align their spirit with God’s truth, and rediscover joy, purpose, and the confidence to step into who they were created to be. On the other side of this experience, you’ll release self-reliance and embrace intentional, Spirit-led living.

This coaching program integrates mindful awareness, and mind/heart/Spirit alignment using Biblical truths and unique tools like the Wheel of Being, ROOT Framework, and SHIFT Process. It goes beyond goal-setting to nurture transformation from the inside out, setting you up for a postured mind and heart aligned with God’s will and walk boldly into the next season of life and beyond.

Nope. While rooted in Christian faith, Energy360 Coaching welcomes women from all backgrounds who seek spiritual and relational realignment.

The program includes 10 personalized coaching sessions and 2 reflection weeks. 

Each month follows a distinct theme:

Month 1: Awareness, Alignment, Foundation

Month 2: Identity in God, Authentic Living

Month 3: Connection, Community, Purposeful Action

Yes, completely. Every session, tool, and next step is personalized to your story, season, and potential.

The Energy360 Coaching program is $1,500 or three monthly payments of $500.

Here’s what’s included during the 12-week experience:

-1:1 coaching sessions over 12 weeks (includes 2 reflection sessions)

-A personalized roadmap based on the Wheel of Being, identifying imbalances in 8 core areas of life

-Proven tools like the ROOT Framework, SHIFT Process, and Mind–Heart–Spirit Mapping

-Reflective assignments that meet you where you are

-Gentle accountability and weekly intention-setting

-Support between sessions via email/optional check-ins/optional use of VanessaDG AI Coaching model

-Space to pause, process, and invite God into the center of your journey

Not at all. While my approach is faith-based, it’s never about preaching. My life is rooted in the steady foundation of who God is and what He has done, and I coach from that place of relational faith, intentionality, compassion, and love…not religious pressure. 

Remember as your coach, my role is to meet you exactly where you are, hold space, ask powerful questions, evoke awareness that ultimately leads to uncovering what’s already within you.
