Through its signature methods, the entire experience supports the alignment of your mind and heart, guiding you into Spirit-led renewal that shapes how you live, choose, and move forward.

Coaching helps you uncover your own answers through powerful questions, while facilitation provides structure, guidance, and tools to support your growth. With Energy360 Coaching, I integrate both offering you the space for discovery while also guiding you through a clear, Spirit-led process that brings alignment, mind/heart renewal, and transformation. This blended approach is grounded in Biblical truths and supported by unique tools like the Wheel of Being, the ROOT Framework, and the CLEAR Process.

8 week Group Cohort Experience:  $500 (or two monthly installments of $250)

-Weekly live group sessions (60 minutes)

-Guided reflection rooted in Scripture

-Group coaching using the Energy360 unique coaching tools,  discussions, & shared insight

-Weekly worksheets and soul-work practices

-Access to session replays and a private client portal

-A safe, supportive community of women pursuing growth together

12 week 1:1 Experience: $1500 (or three monthly installments of $500)

-Weekly sessions  (includes 2 integration sessions)*

-A personalized roadmap based on the Wheel of Being helping to  identify imbalances in life

-Unique tools like the ROOT Framework, CLEAR Process, and Mind–Heart–Spirit Mapping

-Reflective exercises that meet you where you are

-Accountability and weekly intention-setting

-Support between sessions via email/optional check-ins

-Space to pause, process, and invite God into the center of your journey

Upon registering, you will receive access to your private client portal.* All sessions are hosted via Zoom weekly for 1:1 coaching (12 weeks) or weekly with your cohort (8 weeks), depending on the experience you choose.  Within your portal, you’ll have access to session notes, worksheets, replays, and all resources that support your experience.

*Registration via Zoom is required for Gather & Discover complimentary monthly calls. 

*1:1 sessions are fully personalized and typically 60–75 minutes in length.

*Registration for client portal is required for both group cohort and 1:1 coaching. 

Energy360 Coaching, both group and 1:1,  is structured to guide you through powerful frameworks that support spiritual reconnection, mindset renewal, and heart-centered transformation. Your results will be deeply personal and reflect the level of intention and effort you bring to the journey.

Not at all. I am a Christian and while my approach is faith-based, it’s never about preaching. My life is rooted in the steady foundation of who God is and what He has done for all, and I coach from that place of belief, faith, intentionality, compassion, and love that I have come to accept and know…not religious pressure. 

I am here to meet you exactly where you are, hold space, ask powerful questions, evoke awareness that ultimately leads to uncovering what’s already within you.
